This program consists of a college type clinic that would be typical of any Division I lacrosse practice. The day one session focuses on the basic fundamentals of the sport, while day two emphasizes advanced concepts and techniques. Through master lessons and in depth drills we teach young players how to play at a high level. We also speak to the student athletes about the transition to the college game and our experience starting from their age.
Concepts include:
Offense: stick work, groundballs, shooting, dodging, picks, odd man situations
Defense: stick work, groundballs, positioning, approaches, outlets, checks & holds
Goalies: technique, communication, terminology
Team: offense, defense, riding, clearing, substitutions, face-offs, wing play
